HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We’ll give you a clear price estimate upfront based on the item, its location, and current market availability. This includes our sourcing fee and delivery.
If the final price is slightly higher, we’ll let you know before proceeding. If the new price doesn’t work for you and the item hasn’t been secured yet, your deposit will be refunded in full.

WHEN DO I PAY?
A deposit is required to begin the sourcing process and, where necessary, secure the item immediately. It’s based on the estimated total we provide upfront and is credited toward your final payment.
We guarantee full deposit refund if:
– We are unable to source your request within the agreed timeframe; or
– The final price is outside the agreed range, and you choose not to proceed.
If you cancel your request after sourcing has begun - regardless of whether the item has been found - the deposit will not be refunded.
Once an item is sourced that reasonably matches your request (including size, style, and budget), full payment is required within 24 hours of locating your piece. Since luxury items are highly limited, we kindly ask that you complete the payment promptly to secure your piece.
We accept bank transfers in most currencies, including GBP, EUR, USD, and selected crypto payments.
We guarantee full deposit refund if:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SOURCE MY PIECE?
Every request is unique, but we generally aim to source your piece within 2-15 working days. For more exclusive items, the timeframe might be longer. If you have a last-minute must-have, let us know, and we'll do our best to work our magic!
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
We offer worldwide delivery with DHL Express and other trusted couriers. You will receive tracking details once dispatched.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?

Once the deposit is paid by you, sourcing begins immediately. If you'd like to cancel your request within the agreed sourcing period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
