offering a seamless, discreet, and reliable experience in locating and securing luxury fashion and lifestyle items from boutiques and private sellers across the globe.

and all content, features, and services made available through it are operated by Sourcing London. Sourcing London is currently operated as a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom.

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this agreement, including any service confirmations, written or verbal communications, quotes, and invoices we provide.

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting a request. If anything is unclear, contact us before placing a request.

Scope of Services
Under this sourcing agreement, Sourcing London offers the following services:
  • Global sourcing of luxury items, including fashion, accessories, watches, and lifestyle products.
  • Access to rare, sold-out, or exclusive items not available through standard retail channels.
  • Occasionally, in-stock items available for immediate purchase, where specifically stated.
  • White-glove service for handling requests, logistics, and special packaging.
  • Personalised communication to ensure your expectations and preferences are fully met.
We are not a traditional retailer and do not hold regular inventory unless specifically stated.

How We Operate - Agent Relationship
3.1 When sourcing an item on your behalf, we act as your agent in accordance with your request, using our global network of relationships with boutiques and private sellers to locate and secure the item.
3.2 Because of how the boutiques and sellers we work with issue their paperwork, purchase receipts are in most cases issued to Sourcing London rather than directly to the client. We do not routinely provide client-name receipts, tax invoices, or resale documentation. Where a boutique-stamped or anonymised receipt is available, we will pass this on at your request, but this cannot be guaranteed and depends on the individual source.
3.3 Your personal and delivery information may be shared with boutiques, sellers, or couriers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Request Process & CONFIRMATION
When you submit a sourcing request via Instagram / WhatsApp / email, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate information about the item you want, including sizing and any special preferences.
  • Pay the required deposit to begin the sourcing process.
  • Complete payment in full once the item is located and confirmed.
Each request is binding and may include non-refundable fees due to time-sensitive procurement and handling.
Pricing and availability are subject to change based on market conditions. If changes occur, we will notify you promptly before proceeding.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of item specifications, shipping details, and payment information.
Turnaround Time
The typical sourcing period ranges from 2-15 working days, depending on item availability, rarity, and location. Once sourcing is confirmed, shipping generally takes 1-5 business days.

All timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or supplier availability. We will provide updates throughout the process.
Payment
We accept payment via:
  • Revolut Payment Links
  • Bank Transfers in GBP, EUR or USD
In certain cases, purchases may be made in the client’s name. In such cases, we may request specific personal information to be provided to the store to complete the purchase.

Full payment is required within 24 hours of item confirmation to secure availability, unless otherwise agreed. When we confirm an item, we will state the exact payment deadline (date and time) in writing, so there is no ambiguity about when this window begins or ends.
Deposits
A deposit is required for all sourcing requests. By paying the deposit, you confirm your commitment to proceed and agree to the following:
  • The deposit is credited toward the final item price and is not an additional fee.
  • It allows us to begin sourcing and, where necessary, secure the item immediately.
  • We provide a price estimate at the outset based on available information. If the final price differs materially, we will notify you before securing the item.
  • By paying your deposit, you expressly request that we begin sourcing immediately, rather than waiting for the standard cancellation period to pass, and you understand that Sourcing London will begin work on your request straight away. You understand that once sourcing has begun, your deposit reflects payment for the time, access, and effort used to locate your item on your behalf, and is treated as earned by us in the circumstances set out below.
The deposit is refundable only if:
  • We cannot locate a suitable item within 14 calendar days (unless otherwise agreed); or
  • The final price falls outside the agreed range and you choose not to proceed.
The deposit becomes non-refundable in either of the following circumstances:
  • You cancel the request after sourcing has begun. This reflects the time-sensitive and often irreversible nature of the sourcing process, and the fact that the service you requested - locating the item - has already been carried out on your behalf.
  • You do not complete full payment by the deadline confirmed to you in writing (see Section 6) once the item has been located and confirmed. At this point the sourcing service is complete - we have used our time, industry access, and relationships to find and confirm your item - and this work cannot be undone or resold as a service to another client. Where we have also reserved or held the specific item with the boutique or seller pending your payment, that item may no longer be available to other clients during that window. We will send at least one payment reminder before treating a deposit as forfeited on this basis.
We may, at our discretion, offer to roll a deposit forward to a future request instead of forfeiting it.
Delivery & Risk Transfer
We arrange insured, express delivery via trusted couriers such as DHL Express. Once shipped, we provide tracking details.
Risk in the item passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in your country. We are not liable for courier delays, customs rejections, or additional charges imposed at the border.
PRODUCT DESRIPITIONS
While we aim to provide accurate descriptions and images:
  • Information may come from third-party sellers and cannot be guaranteed error-free.
  • Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly in colour or finish.
  • Dimensions are approximate.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, as each item is sourced specifically for you through a bespoke process and is not held as general retail stock. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer error.

If you are a UK consumer: because items are sourced and personalised to your specific request, they generally fall outside the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specification or clearly personalised. This section does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction, including rights relating to goods not matching their description or not being of satisfactory quality.

A refund or corrective action will only be considered if both of the following apply:
  1. The item is not as described in the order confirmation, or is proven inauthentic; and
  2. The issue is reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and all original packaging preserved.
Claims submitted outside this window, or without adequate evidence, cannot be assessed.
If you have a concern about your order, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can work with you to resolve it. This allows us to investigate and respond before any payment dispute is raised, and does not affect your right to raise a dispute with your bank or card provider at any time.
Authenticity Guarantee
We source only from official boutiques, authorised resellers, and verified private sellers. All items are inspected before dispatch.
If you have concerns about the authenticity of your item, notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery and provide a written report from a reputable, independent authentication service (such as Entrupy, Authenticate First, or Real Authentication).
Items that have been tampered with, disassembled, altered, or handled by a third party (e.g. watchmakers, repair or customisation services) after delivery will not be eligible for refund or review.
We reserve the right to seek a second opinion from a qualified third-party authenticator of our choosing. Refunds or remedies will only be considered where authenticity concerns are confirmed by a recognised, professional evaluation.
Missing, Damaged, or Faulty Items
Some items may be vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of previous wear, where stated.
If your item arrives missing, damaged, or faulty, contact us immediately.
Faulty items may be eligible for refund, repair, or replacement, assessed case by case.
This does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear after delivery.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
Client Responsibilities
By submitting a request, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Respond promptly to communications.
  • Complete payment within the stated time.
  • Respect sourcing timelines and final-sale conditions.
We reserve the right to decline current or future requests in cases of abuse of the process or non-compliance with these Terms.
Our Right to Decline or Cancel Requests
We reserve the right to:
  • Decline any request that conflicts with ethical standards or legal obligations.
  • Cancel or withdraw an offer due to item unavailability, legal restrictions, or changed market conditions.
  • End our engagement with you if you breach these Terms or fail to make due payment.
Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for foreseeable losses resulting from our failure to meet these Terms. We are not liable for:
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, boutiques, or customs authorities.
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
  • Unavailability of a specific item due to rapid stock movement.
  • Indirect, business, or commercial losses.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or item in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, transport or logistics failures, or governmental action. We will notify you promptly if affected and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data, sourcing details, and communications with strict confidentiality, and do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfil your order or as required by law.
Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to requests made after the update. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
